1. Not medical advice

2. Automated research summaries
Study titles, categories, and summaries are produced by automated search and language models. Information is provided “as is” and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify important details against the original source publications.
3. Accounts and preferences
If you create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google, you may save optional preferences such as email briefing settings and keywords (for example a drug, symptom, or trial name). Keywords are for your own list; they do not change the public briefing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that account secure. Google sign-in is provided by Google. Arrovox LLC receives the account details Google sends us and does not control your Google account.
4. Third-party links
Aperia links to external journals, press releases, and research sites. Arrovox LLC does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrovox LLC and its operators are not liable for any loss or damages arising from use of, or reliance on, Aperia or its summaries.
6. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or subscribe to email updates. Aperia is not directed at children under 13. Public briefings may be read by families.

Arrovox LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
